overview
The Z1S stacked check valve is a modular hydraulic check valve with a standard stacked plate structure for vertical stacking assembly in hydraulic manifold blocks. Equipped with a high-precision poppet cartridge assembly inside the valve body, it provides leak-tight sealing in one flow direction and free oil flow in the reverse direction. It effectively prevents hydraulic oil backflow, protects hydraulic actuators and maintains circuit pressure holding performance. It serves as a core modular valve component for hydraulic power units, machine tools and construction machinery manifold assemblies.

The Z1S check valve is a modular sandwich-type check valve. It mainly consists of valve body ① and check valve cartridge ②. The check valve provides leak-tight sealing in one direction and allows free fluid flow in the reverse direction. The stroke of the poppet ③ inside the bore is limited by the spring seat ④. The built-in spring closes the poppet ③ and holds it in the closed position.
