Taifeng Intelligent has successfully rolled off a 950mm diameter filling valve developed for a 25,000-ton extruder operated by Southwest Aluminum. The extruder is currently the world's largest of its kind, placing exceptionally high demands on the diameter and performance of the filling valve.
Under the leadership of Wang Qingling, Director of the Oil Cylinder Filling Valve Business Division, the Taifeng Intelligent team overcame domestic technical bottlenecks through three months of intensive research and development, working extended hours to achieve the successful rollout of the product.
This achievement marks a major breakthrough for Taifeng Intelligent in the field of super-large diameter filling valves. It adds another significant accomplishment to China's high-end equipment manufacturing sector and provides critical supporting guarantees for the world's largest extruder.
