2026-10-10

On August 8, 2026, Shandong Taifeng Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. officially launched its 2026 Workshop Director Reserve Talent Training Program, known as the "Eagle Plan," in partnership with Baishiru, a well-known domestic management training institution. The initiative aims to build strategic talent reserves and enhance management capabilities in response to evolving industry challenges.

The program spans five to six months, featuring one concentrated learning session per month lasting one to two days. It is designed to systematically cultivate 19 reserve management talents for intelligent manufacturing workshop director roles.

Baishiru experts adopted a three-dimensional teaching model combining on-site guidance, industry benchmarking, and action learning, with a focus on strategic decision-making, cross-departmental collaboration, and innovative thinking. Through courses such as "Two Leaps: From Technology to Management, From General to Commander," "Workshop Problem Analysis and Solutions," "Workshop Situational Communication Skills," "Efficient Execution: Inspiring Will and Guiding Ability," and "Leading with Virtue: Workshop Team Management and Leadership," participants received instruction across five key dimensions.

This approach aimed to enhance their overall vision and innovative decision-making capabilities while promoting the transformation of training outcomes into practical business results.

Taifeng Intelligent stated that the Eagle Plan represents a new starting point for talent team development. In the future, the company will continue to deepen cooperation with professional institutions, injecting sustained momentum into its innovative development.
