TPLS3 Series Load‑Sensing Flow‑Sharing Sectional Valve
TPLS3 series sectional valve is high‑performance main control valve for mobile machinery from TAIFENG. Adopting sandwich modular design, max inlet pressure up to 420 bar, max inlet flow 120 L/min, max working flow 100 L/min. It can be assembled with 1‑12 working sections. Compatible with both fixed‑displacement pump and load‑sensing variable‑displacement pump systems. Multiple control options: manual, hydraulic pilot, on‑off solenoid, electro‑proportional control. Combines load‑sensing & flow‑sharing (LUDV) functions, widely used for aerial work platforms and various mobile construction machinery.
Sandwich modular sectional design, sections can be added or removed according to machine requirements.
Independent pressure compensation: flow distribution is independent of load pressure, multi‑cylinder compound movements without mutual interference.
Supports both open‑center fixed‑pump system and closed‑center LS variable‑pump system.
Optional load‑holding check valves to prevent actuator drifting for lifting mechanisms.
LS relief valve limits overall system maximum pressure; secondary relief valves can set separate overload pressure for each working section.
Optimized flow passage, low pressure loss for higher energy efficiency.
High repeat accuracy & small hysteresis, precise fine metering & comfortable maneuverability.
IP69K protection class, resistant to dust, mud and water for off‑road construction environments.
Standard BSP thread ports for convenient piping and good interchangeability.
