Taifeng Intelligent electro-hydraulic integrated control systems are custom-engineered for metallurgical rolling mill lines, including roughing, intermediate, finishing mills and cooling bed applications.
This solution integrates power units, control components and auxiliary hydraulic parts as a compact whole. Built around self-manufactured core components such as 2-way cartridge valves and piston pumps, the system supports medium, large and extra-large power hydraulic demands for complex industrial scenarios.
Each set undergoes dedicated design, machining, assembly and full performance testing according to individual client specifications. Combining hydraulic drive with computer control technology, the system accepts digital and analogue signals. Computers drive electro-hydraulic conversion units, which in turn actuate hydraulic amplifiers to control hydraulic cylinders for reciprocating linear motion.
The integrated architecture simplifies human-machine interaction, delivers precise motion control, improves system stability and reduces on-site installation workload for steel production lines.
