TRP16Series Load‑Sensing Sectional Valve
Product Brief
TRP15 load‑sensing sectional valve adopts modular sandwich‑plate design, supporting up to 10 working sections. It works with both open‑center fixed pumps and closed‑center LS variable pumps. Available control options: manual, hydraulic pilot, electro‑proportional, on‑off solenoid, with optional ATEX explosion‑proof version. Integrated load holding, overload & anti‑cavitation refill and section‑wise pressure limiting. ideal for medium mobile machinery with balanced performance and cost.
1.Modular sandwich‑plate construction, 1‑10 sections configurable
Optional load holding valves, overload‑refill valves and secondary relief valves per section to match machine requirements.
2.LS load‑sensing compensation for energy saving
Load‑independent flow distribution for multi‑actuator simultaneous movements. One valve compatible with open‑center & closed‑center systems to reduce selection cost.
3.Wide control options including ATEX explosion‑proof variant
Manual, hydraulic pilot, combined manual‑pilot, electro‑proportional and on‑off solenoid control for general and hazardous mining applications.
4.Multi‑level integrated safety protection
Main LS relief valve for system pressure limitation. Individual secondary relief + overload‑refill valves absorb pressure shock and prevent cylinder cavitation. Optional load holding valves avoid boom drift.
5.Smooth & precise control performance
Low hysteresis, high repeat accuracy, excellent inching capability and stable proportional output for smooth combined movements.
6.Heavy‑duty construction for harsh environments
Compatible with mineral hydraulic oil, NAS1638‑9 contamination tolerance. Deutsch DT04‑2P electrical connector with IP69K protection against dust and high‑pressure washing.
