Product Overview
TYF5 oil source valve is an integrated pilot hydraulic valve block developed by Taifeng Intelligent. It integrates pressure reducing valve, relief valve, check valve, shuttle valve and accumulator in one unit. It supplies stable low-pressure pilot oil for mobile machinery hydraulic control systems, simplifying pipeline layout and improving system reliability.

- Highly integrated compact structure. Combined valve manifold & accumulator design, fewer fittings and lower external leakage risk, less installation space.
- High pressure resistance: Max inlet pressure up to 350 bar, suitable for heavy-duty main hydraulic circuits.
- Stable & accurate pressure output. Built-in accumulator absorbs pressure pulsation, smooth pilot pressure, consistent and soft operation feeling. Standard pilot output 35 bar, adjustable setting pressure.
- Accumulator for pressure holding & emergency oil supply. Still supports several pilot actions after engine shutdown to improve machine safety.
- Modular & customizable. Optional solenoid valve and inlet filter; different solenoid voltage and port options available.
- Easy maintenance, strong anti-pollution and anti-vibration performance for harsh outdoor working conditions.
