WE10 Solenoid Directional Valve

Size (DG) 10 | Pressure up to 315 bar | Flow rate up to 120 L/min

WE10 type solenoid directional valve is a compact directional control valve.

Its spool is directly actuated by solenoids.

It is mainly used to control the on-off and flow direction of hydraulic fluid.

It can also serve as a pilot control valve to operate various large-size hydraulic valves (electro-hydraulic directional valves or 2-way cartridge valves).

It provides pilot control for high-power hydraulic valves.

overview

The WE10 solenoid directional valve is a direct operated hydraulic directional spool valve, also known as WE10 electromagnetic directional valve, widely used to control start, stop and flow direction of hydraulic oil in hydraulic circuitsMade-in-Ch.... This NG10 size directional control valve follows ISO4401 / CETOP 03 standard subplate mounting, compatible with mainstream hydraulic system design, interchangeable with Rexroth style WE10 series valves.

Features

Function Description, Section View

Solenoid Directional Valve.webp

WE type directional control valve is a solenoid-operated directional spool valve used to start, stop and change the direction of hydraulic flow.

This directional control valve mainly consists of valve body (1), one or two solenoids (2), control spool (3), and one or two return springs (4). When de-energized, the control spool is held in the neutral or initial position by return springs. The control spool is actuated by wet-type solenoids.

To ensure satisfactory operation, the pressure chamber of the solenoid must be fully filled with hydraulic oil. The force from the solenoid acts on the control spool via the push rod, shifting it from its rest position to the required position. This enables free flow of hydraulic oil from P to A and B to T, or from P to B and A to T.

When the solenoid is de-energized, the return spring pushes the control spool back to its initial position. The optional manual override allows spool movement when the solenoid is not energized.
